Really impressive results from participants at my workshop last night – part of Southbank Centre’s Creative Writing course. Using simple visual prompts chosen at random from my Hat of Surprise, the class determined the personalities of each character they’d chosen by taking it in turns to interview them and drawing/writing a short visual narrative. Fantastic developments, surprises and excellent work in a short period of time … and it was fun too! Some comments emailed to me afterwards … (gosh)
